This hat attaches to the outfit, I put the hat up all day. He got used to it. 
Kel got us this outfit and hat, the outfit fits perfectly, the hat is a little short! 
Emma Cate loves this hat, she wore it a lot this week. She wore it everytime we left the house and when she took naps and went to bed. Today it is cold, no hat, go figure!
